We offer comprehensive training, a company vehicle, a company cell phone, and an hourly pay rate of $18. The position covers the Broward & Pompano area. Responsibilities Building Relationships : Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Managing Your Service Route : Use time‑management skills to stay on track and complete all daily tasks. Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections. Monitor termite bait systems. Problem‑solve customer accounts. Provide consistent communication with customers. Work closely with internal teams (customer service, sales, and fellow professionals). Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines. Safety First : Maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving the company vehicle. Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and image with every customer interaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No experience required. Must be 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments. 1–2 years pest experience preferred. Physical Demands / Working Environment Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
