As a respected provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, we focus on personalized support for children on the autism spectrum and with developmental challenges. As a BCBA, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating behavior intervention plans, training staff, and driving behavioral growth.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role:
We seek an experienced BCBA to craft and implement tailored treatment plans while supporting clients and their families. Collaboration with caregivers and supervision of behavior technicians are key components of this position.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Key Duties:
• Conduct assessments (FBAs) and design Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Oversee data collection to monitor client progress and refine programs as needed.
• Mentor behavior technicians and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with families and professionals to achieve client-specific outcomes.
• Document all sessions and client progress.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
• Certified BCBA.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
