W-2 Employee – Part‑Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 administrative hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4 pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in‑person) with a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week onsite. Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $105,000+ annually. This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential— a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest. Base Salary: $55,000 for a part‑time schedule (20 hours/week). Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours per week Additional Earnings: Earn $70 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload, giving you flexibility to increase income based on availability and interest.
