Class 2 Driver (Temp to Perm) – Brackmills, Northampton Location: Brackmills, Northampton Pay Rate: £17.81 per hour Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Start Times: Between 05:00 and 06:00 Job Type: Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join a leading healthcare logistics operation based in Brackmills, Northampton. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering full-time hours, excellent support, and the chance to make a real difference through the delivery of essential healthcare products across the UK. The Role As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for multi-drop deliveries to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and residential properties. This is more than just a driving role – you will be delivering products that play a vital role in patient care and wellbeing. Multi-drop deliveries across a variety of locations Delivering medical products and equipment to healthcare settings and patients' homes Handballing goods, including heavy deliveries where required Deliveries that may involve carrying products upstairs within residential properties Completing collections when required Ensuring compliance with all transport and GDP regulations Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional, compassionate approach at all times What to Expect Average 10-hour shifts Physically demanding work with regular handball involved Full training provided, including use of mechanical handling equipment (MHE) No two days are the same – routes can range from city centre deliveries to rural and coastal locations Treated as a full-time member of the team from day one What We're Looking For Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Good attention to detail and a safety-first approach Strong customer service skills and a professional manner Ability to undertake physically demanding work Reliable, flexible and committed to delivering excellent service Assessment & Induction Successful candidates will attend a paid 2-day assessment and induction before starting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Workchain Ltd.
