This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role based in Las Vegas, NV. The Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects adhere to the schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include managing field staff, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, enforcing safety protocols, maintaining compliance with building codes and regulations, and working with building, public work, and health inspectors. The Superintendent will also collaborate closely with project managers to address challenges and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Grading, utility and vertical construction experience
• Construction Management, Project Scheduling, and Site Supervision skills
• Knowledge of Safety Protocols, Quality Assurance, and Building Codes
• Problem-Solving, Conflict Resolution, and Time Management skills
• Proficiency in Construction Software and Technology
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• 5+ years of experience in managing commercial construction projects
• OSHA certification and familiarity with compliance requirements
