Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year in the Educational Services industry, you will serve full-time in a partner school, providing daily academic tutoring, mentoring, and classroom support to help students succeed. Working within the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you’ll collaborate with teachers to reinforce lessons, track student progress, and lead small-group or one-on-one interventions. You’ll join a diverse AmeriCorps team in a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on social justice, leadership development, and personal growth, with ongoing professional development and coaching.
