Distribution Lead, 2nd Shift

ResMed seeks a Distribution Lead for second shift (2:15 pm–11:15 pm, Monday–Friday) to oversee warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in Moreno Valley, CA. The role involves directing distribution staff, managing inventory control, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily activities and workforce for warehouse distribution operations
- Perform inventory control including cycle counts, data entry, and reconciliation
- Expedite critical shipments and serve as point person for distribution team questions
- Enforce OSHA, FDA, and ISO compliance standards throughout operations
- Support training and development of warehouse employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years relevant distribution or warehouse experience
- Minimum 1 year distribution or warehouse leadership experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and overtime as needed
- Oracle, WMS, HighJump, or Compass Conveyor system experience preferred
Compensation: $28.21 to $42.31 USD hourly
