This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while representing the dealership both online and at community events. Hourly Pay: 15/hr Job Description Key Responsibilities: Accurately and promptly price vehicles online to maintain competitive and up-to-date listings. Manage the dealership websites when necessary. Coordinate sponsorship requests and ensure all requirements are fulfilled. Plan and execute dealership events, including internal employee events and community-facing activities. Professionally represent the dealership at events and sponsorship engagements. Handle last-minute requests and shifting priorities with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset. Meet strict deadlines while managing multiple projects. Create basic graphic design materials; Photoshop experience is a plus but not required. Occasionally work evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules. Strong organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail, especially when handling vehicle pricing and website editing. Ability to adapt quickly and thrive under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
