SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (CCC-SLP) – FULL TIME

Southern Oaks – Dallas, TX is a post‑acute care facility offering long‑term and short‑term geriatric services. Join our team and start making a difference! We are seeking a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist with CCC‑SLP credentials to join our in‑house rehabilitation team. Duties: Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing care plans that meet regulatory and clinical standards. Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluation, and make referrals as needed. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders. Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements. Qualifications: Valid Speech‑Language Pathology license. CCC‑SLP credentials.
