A critical role ensuring the safety, legality, and efficiency ofthe Mon EMS agency. Oversee non-clinical operations, includingregulatory, privacy standards & compliance for organizationalsafety requirements, fleet, inventory & supply management andfacilities maintenance in alignment with federal and statecompliance/licensure requirements. Provide business analytics,management of vendor relationships, and support for operationalinnovation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Operations, or BusinessAdministration. EMT Licensed clinical provider. Valid Driver's License.EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years of experience working in Emergency MedicalServices, Healthcare or Operations. Advanced understanding of EMS-specific laws and standards.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s Degree in business, management, healthcare, operationsor related field. Paramedic Licensed clinical provider.EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years in a Healthcare and/or Emergency ServicesAdministration or Operations field. Experience in conducting compliance audits.CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The statements describedhere are intended to describe the general nature of work beingperformed by people assigned to this position. Identify compliance issues/violations through performance ofaudits, investigations, inspections and assessments to provideappropriate resolution, risk mitigation and ensure adherence toestablished protocols and standards and provide. Monitor and implement changes in EMS regulations, such as WV EMSRegulations to include related equipment lists and recommend policyand training updates to remain compliant. Provide input and recommendations into the development andimplementation of emergency response plans, ensuring adherence tostate and federal regulations, and coordinate with public healthand safety agencies as required. Support compliance with safety and risk management standardsrelated to EMS, to include serving as the Safety Committee chairand leading monthly safety hazard audits. Oversee Bio Med maintenance, grant and policy management andmutual aid agreements, including managing vendor relationships forequipment and facility maintenance. Develop a system of data collection and analysis to assess riskand provide resolution of operational problems. Maintain ownership of vendor relationships, assetmanagement/tracking and insurance policies, to include proactivelyseeking out new vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effectivenessand quality service delivery, asset reporting to insurance agenciesand managing insurance claims & renewals. Work closely and transparently with all external partners,including third-party vendors and consultants. Assist in the development and implementation of risk managementstrategies through providing regulatory and compliance guidance foragency compliance initiatives. Oversee logistics, fleet, and facility maintenance, related toregulatory compliance and state licensure requirements, such asvehicle title and licensure, etc. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, asrequired. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements. Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and updatecompany policies accordingly. Recommend and provide training and education to employees oncompliance-related topics. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensureregulatory adherence. Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatoryagencies. Advise senior management on compliance matters and potentialrisks. Maintain accurate records of compliance activities anddocumentation. Remain informed about industry trends and best practices incompliance. Participate in compliance-related meetings as required. Serve as the HIPPA Privacy officer for the agency.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of federal, state, and local EMS regulations,including HIPAA, OSHA, OEMS, DEA, Board of Pharmacy and otherhealthcare compliance frameworks.
