What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient primary care services to all ages in a clinic setting
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
• Manage a patient panel with an average daily census of 18-21+ patients
• Document visits accurately using EPIC EMR software
• Adapt to mobile and brick-and-mortar clinic environments, with flexibility to meet changing day-to-day needs
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and state licensing requirements
• Participate in full-week orientation prior to start

What You Need

• CA medical license in good standing
• DEA license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of outpatient FP experience
• Fluency in Spanish required; experience working with diverse populations preferred
• Comfortable working with patients of all ages, from children to seniors
