Position: CasualSales Ambassador Weekly: 4-19 hours Location: St Louis Galleria Pay: $16 — $16 USD Sales Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. Responsibilities Sales and Customer Experience Driving Sales: Utilize the StoreForce dashboard results, seek feedback, and exceed sales goals. Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world‑class experience, listen attentively, ask open‑ended questions, and demonstrate product benefits. Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values such as Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Product Passion: Expand product knowledge continuously and confidently recommend products for each customer's needs. Team Involvement Development: Utilize Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication & promote a sense of belonging among team members. Operational Excellence Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present at work. Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store. Stock and Inventory: Follow Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust product displays real‑time. Policies and Procedures: Practice company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety. Qualifications Required Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays NOTE: Candidates under age 18 who are selected will be employed on a contract basis through the Lush Youth Employment Program.
