Position SummaryThe HR Business Partner will support a rapidly growing, employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and goal attainment while driving the development of a superior workforce. Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesProactively communicates with HR leadership and business leaders to inform, align, and plan for the effective delivery of HR services for assigned business unitsPartners with business leaders to assess organizational structures, clarify roles & responsibilities, and recommend organizational design changes that improve efficiency & scalabilityActs as a trusted advisor for people leaders on performance management strategies, leave management tools, talent development, etc.Acts as liaison between assigned business unit members and HR Specialists/teammatesSolves employee relations issues and provides expert guidance on conflict resolution strategiesDesigns and supports leadership development and succession planning initiativesIdentifies and makes recommendations for employee retention and engagement strategiesAssists with the coordination and dissemination of internal company communicationsEnsures compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment lawsSupports all other programs, HR initiatives, and/or projects as assigned.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor's or graduate degree preferredFive years' experience as HRBP preferredProficiency with utilization and/or implementation of HRIS, ATS systemsExperience in software, SaaS, or tech manufacturing, with an understanding of technical roles and skillsAbility to use HR analytics to solve business problemsProven ability to influence and partner with leaders in a multi-state, multi-location employerAbility to build and maintain relationships with managers and senior leadershipOther employee rewards include tickets to Cleveland sporting events, a variety of lunch and learns, and various employee-appreciation events throughout the year.
