Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Rural California
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides technical nursing care to Residents within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), working collaboratively with the nursing team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN may also assume the role of a charge nurse.
Location: Near Greenville, CA (rural California)
Compensation: Salary Range: $29.16 - $41.57 per hour. Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00
Job Status: Full-Time, benefited
Shift Information: Night Shifts are 3, 12-hour shifts
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience as an LVN. Current California LVN license. Graduate from an accredited LVN program with an associate degree or equivalent. Current CPR Certification
Responsibilities: Organize and supervise shift responsibilities. Participate in resident care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate narcotic records. Review medication information for completeness
