As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll participate in our Leadership Development Program, receiving hands-on coaching while learning every aspect of operating a successful, high-volume car wash. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading people, setting goals, coaching team members, and delivering outstanding customer service. Whether you've led a retail team, restaurant crew, hospitality staff, or another customer-focused operation, we'll give you the tools and support to grow into a successful Site Manager.What You'll Do
- Lead by example and create an outstanding customer experience
- Coach and motivate Customer Service & Sales Attendants
- Help recruit, train, and develop team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation
- Drive Unlimited Wash Club memberships and sales performance
- Assist with scheduling, daily operations, and inventory
- Monitor key performance metrics and help achieve location goals
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Work alongside your team in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Receive ongoing coaching from experienced Site Managers and company leadership

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum one year of management, supervisory, or leadership experience
- Customer service and sales experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment
- Valid driver's license preferred

Monday–Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PMSunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
