We're looking for a Digital Media Manager to join our team of creative, data-loving digital marketers. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who enjoys building high-performing campaigns, uncovering insights, and turning data into action.
You'll drive results for clients across healthcare, higher education, and ecommerce while partnering with a supportive director and a collaborative team. If you're curious, proactive, and motivated by continuous improvement, you'll fit right in.

Reports to: Associate director, media

RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You'll Be Doing-

• Campaign Management & Execution
  • Build, launch, and manage full-funnel digital media campaigns platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
  • Develop audience strategies, keyword research, and testing roadmaps
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure efficient spend and alignment with client goals
• Strategy & Analytics
  • Analyze campaign performance against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion volume. Write clear, thoughtful insights that go beyond reporting metrics to explain the "why" behind performance
  • Deliver strategic recommendations rooted in data and focused on driving measurable business outcomes
  • Identify new growth opportunities and proactively bring ideas to the table
• This is not a "set it and forget it" role. We're looking for someone who treats campaigns like their own business and is constantly thinking about how to improve them.

QUALIFICATIONS:
What You Bring to the Table-

1. Required
   1. 7+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns
   2. Deep experience running campaigns in:
      1. Google Ads
      2. Meta Ads
   3. Experience in healthcare or higher education marketing
   4. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights, including strong Excel skills
   5. Exceptional attention to detail—you notice the small stuff before it becomes big stuff
   6. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
   7. Proactive communication—you raise issues and surface insights before being asked
   8. Ability to independently manage workload and meet deadlines
   9. Solutions-oriented—you approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset
   10. Comfortable owning performance and making data-driven decisions
2. Preferred
   1. Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising (Trade Desk experience a plus), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid media platforms
   2. Experience mentoring junior team members

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Occasional standing, walking, or lifting of office supplies (up to 10–20 lbs.)
• Frequent communication via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment with standard lighting and noise levels.
• Position may require occasional travel to client site

Compensation Range : We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. The compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 annually, with potential for bonuses, stock and additional benefits.
