About the Role: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspen Glen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Conducting vital sign checks and monitoring patient condition Assisting with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient condition Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Conduct daily rounds to ensure patient needs are met and report any concerns to the charge nurse Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition to/from the facility Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean and safe environment Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting independence and autonomy What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment with experienced professionals Opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive Pay $30/hour Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Same Day Pay Paid Time Off Holiday Pay #J-18808-Ljbffr
