Member Service Representative Feed and Grain

Premier Cooperative is looking for a Member Service Representative (MSR) to support our Westby Feed & Grain location. This role is a key position responsible for customer service, administrative support, and grain receiving operations, ensuring accurate transactions and a positive member experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceProvide excellent service to patrons in person and over the phoneAssist customers with orders, questions, and transactionsBuild strong relationships with members and promote cooperative servicesCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operationsAdministrative & Office SupportAccurately enter transactions, invoices, and customer recordsMaintain organized filing systems and documentationSupport grain accounting, contracts, and reporting processesAssist with feed order entry, tickets, and coordination as neededSafety & ComplianceFollow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety policiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport compliance with grain handling and recordkeeping requirementsTeam SupportAssist feed, grain, and other location operations as neededProvide support during peak seasons, including extended hours during harvestPerform additional duties as assigned by managementGrain ReceivingReceive inbound grain deliveries and assist with daily grain operationsOperate truck scale and ensure accurate scale tickets and documentationVerify grain quality, weights, and required information at intakeCoordinate grain flow with operations team during busy periods (especially harvest)Maintain accurate grain records, contracts, and inventory trackingEnsure compliance with all state and company grain handling regulationsQualificationsPrevious ag, grain, or office experience preferredAbility to operate or learn grain scale systems and softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWillingness to work extended hours during peak seasonsPhysical & Work EnvironmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periodsWork environment includes office and grain facility exposure (dust, noise, weather conditions)Why Join Premier Cooperative?Strong team environment rooted in local agricultureOpportunity to grow within feed and grain operationsCompetitive pay and benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Cooperative
