About the Role

As a Registered Nurse Director , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation program, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. You will provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our nursing staff, as well as develop and implement policies and procedures to promote excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to the nursing staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to staff members

• Collaborate with other department leaders to develop and implement programs and services that promote patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality indicators and metrics

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless delivery of care

• Demonstrate expertise in rehabilitation nursing and stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
