We're looking for a Senior Physical Security Operations Manager to drive global security programming across multiple countries, time zones, and complex third-party vendor workforces. In this critical role, you'll take a hands-on approach to shape and implement security policies, manage our uniformed security officers and emergency response team members, manage event security strategy, handle budgets, conduct facility risk assessments, and lead training initiatives for Robinhood’s global Physical Security Operations team. You'll play a key part in helping Robinhood prevent, respond to, and recover from security incidents—protecting both our people and our spaces. What you’ll doManage daily operations for an expanding international and domestic contracted physical security officer and emergency response forceDraft, review, and put into effect policies for the safety and protection of our global operationsDevelop, implement, and be responsible for formal training programs for security officer roles including, standard operating procedures, incident response protocols, communication plans, etc.Work closely with team members across different areas to set up security protocols for domestic and international office expansionsDisplay unwavering dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards, demonstrating a track record in managing highly confidential and sensitive informationDevelop and implement an event security program for large international marketing events/product launches and also manage internal employee events. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
