At Home Care Partners is a Licensed Home Care Agency focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Our goal is to help clients maintain their independence while receiving the support they need each day.
We are currently hiring caring and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs/PCA) throughout all of Onondaga County, NY to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a HHA/PCA, you will provide hands-on assistance and compassionate support to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include:
- Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting with meals and light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and daily support
- Giving medication reminders
- Reporting changes to the care team
- Helping maintain a safe home environment
