Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

A well-established women's health group along the South Jersey Shore is seeking a full-scope OBGYN to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants a balanced mix of OB, GYN, surgery, support, and coastal lifestyle in one of the most desirable regions of New Jersey.

Desirable Practice Setting: Join an established full-scope OBGYN practice with a long-standing reputation in the community.

Structured, Predictable Schedule: A 5-day week built for balance three clinic days, one OR day at Shore Medical Center, and one home call day that on average results in a single delivery and the remainder of the day at home

Favorable Call Schedule: Home call with a 1:4 rotation averaging one unscheduled delivery per call day keeping the obligation contained and the week predictable.

Optional OB Hospitalist Shifts: Physicians have the option to spend their call day in-house at Shore Medical Center as the on-call OB hospitalist, compensated at $2,000 per 24-hour shift. Physicians who exercise this option on every call day can generate up to $182,000 in additional annual income, entirely at their discretion.

Support & Networking: Collaborative team model with midwife, NP, and RN support.

Hospital Support: Deliver at a nearby hospital with great support including 24/7 neonatology/pediatrics, and maternal-fetal medicine support.

Optimal Patient Volume: 20-25 patients per clinic day with approximately 35 deliveries per month.

Professional Growth Opportunities: Mentorship is available for physicians interested in building robotic skills.

Partnership Opportunities: Opportunity for senior physician/equity after 3 years, with no buy-in cost for senior physician status.

First-Year Total Cash Value: $375,000+ including base salary plus $45,000 in unrestricted cash paid at start.

Additional Cash Payments : $20,000 per year in unrestricted cash payments following the first year.

Optional In-House Call Income: Hourly compensation available for physicians who choose to spend their call day in-house at Shore Medical Center.

Profit Share Eligibility : Opportunity to participate in practice profit share after year 3, with no buy-in cost.

Degree: MD or DO

Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Licensure: Active state license or eligible to obtain
