Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of installers in the renovation and installation of custom bathrooms
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship
- Collaborate with designers and clients to bring their vision to life
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
As an artisan in our company, you will be responsible for creating one-of-a-kind bathroom spaces that exceed our clients' expectations. Your attention to detail and dedication to your craft will be evident in every project you complete.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in bathroom installation
- Demonstrated expertise in general carpentry, finish carpentry and tile installation.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
