Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Arroyo Grande, CA, for a Logistic Sales Hunter. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting leads, managing a sales pipeline, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through end-to-end service coordination.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of logistics, freight, and supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and contribute to team success
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
  • Prior experience in logistics or transportation sales is an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales, customer service or business development required
