JOB SUMMARY :

Works with a variety of sheet metal production equipment. Fabricates sheet metal material per drawings to specific job orders.

JOB DUTIES:

• Operates tools to assemble sheet metal accurately.
• Accurately reads a tape measure to assembly material correctly.
• Interprets drawings to assemble material correctly.
• Is a team player, and performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS:

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure (required; a test will be given)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (required)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of basic hand tools
• Knowledge and understanding of metal types and gauging

EXPERIENCE:

• Sheet metal or construction background (preferred)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be willing to work overtime, including Saturdays, if needed.
• Pre-employment drug screening required
