We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our small, family-owned electrical and generator contracting business.
This position involves a variety of administrative responsibilities including answering and fielding phone calls, processing and closing out sales, preparing work for technicians, billing, and other general office duties.
We need an organized, adaptable candidate who is comfortable juggling multiple tasks and is able to use good judgment and critical thinkning skills to solve problems independently.
Strong computer skills are needed, including experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Windows applications.
Seeking someone who is willing to learn, can truly engage in all aspects of office operations, and takes pride in being a reliable and valuable part of a family-owned business.
