Registered Nurse (RN)

This position involves working as a Day/Evening Rotating Nurse, providing high-quality nursing care within a flexible schedule comprising 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts to meet a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. The role may require participating in on-call duties and weekend shifts as needed.

Shift Options

Staff typically sign up for call coverage within a 2- to 4-week scheduling period. Evening and night calls may be required, as well as weekend coverage.

• 06:30 AM - 05:00 PM
• 06:30 AM - 07:00 PM
• 10:30 AM - 08:30 PM

Please note that shift assignments will vary based on unit requirements, and may include combinations of:

• Four 10-hour shifts (4x10s)
• Five 8-hour shifts (5x8s)
• Two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts (2x8s + 2x12s)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Current BCLS certification required
• Experience in circulating and scrubbing preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system required

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care on a rotating day/evening schedule.
• Assist with circulating and scrubbing in the operating room as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records utilizing EPIC.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Staff have several parking permit options available, which can be purchased through designated channels. Parking options may include:

• Monthly access to designated parking garages
• Annual permits for weekend and holiday access to certain locations

Refunds for unused future months may also be available for annual permits, subject to specific terms and conditions.
