Medical/Surgical RN

Schedule
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts
- Days: Day and Night shifts
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required or every Saturday or every Sunday

Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 52 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Requirements
- Nursing degree
- RN compact or KS license
- BLS certification required (ACLS & PALS can be obtained after hiring)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient health needs and develop nursing care plans.
- Implement care plans effectively to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document changes in patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and interventions.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
