Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Groups have an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a Primary Care practice located in Wilmington, Delaware.

Job Description: BE/BC Family Medicine Physician position in an established primary care practice at St. Francis in Newark, DE. Ideal for physicians fluent in Spanish or with medical Spanish knowledge to serve a diverse community. Work in a newly renovated and expanded practice. Opportunity to teach within the Family Medicine Residency program. Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts. Equitable call schedule, including nights and weekends. Not accepting Locums candidates. Accepting TRULY BE new graduate candidates within 5 years of eligibility. Not accepting candidates who have lapsed BC and need to obtain again. Not accepting visa candidates.

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation. Paid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc. Allowance for CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid 403(b) with a company match up to 10%.
