Sr Expert Operator Semi Assembly

As a Senior Expert Operator – Semi Assembly in our Manufacturing and Operations team, you will work in a high‑tech cleanroom environment, turning silicon wafers into cutting‑edge products. Your expertise in precision assembly and process execution will help shape the future of semiconductor manufacturing. Your Role Operate and maintain automated assembly, pick‑and‑place, and wafer processing equipment. Apply micro‑assembly techniques such as die bonding, wire bonding, and encapsulation. Compile and maintain production logs, test results, and reports using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Excel. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to execute tasks accurately. Your Profile 3–5 years of direct experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high‑tech assembly. Extensive knowledge of assembly machinery (wire bonders, die attach machines), cleanroom protocols (ISO Class 1‑8), and electrostatic discharge (ESD) prevention. Leadership skills – capable of guiding, training, and mentoring new team members and apprentices. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for failed electronic components and assemblies. Quality focused with high attention to detail; experienced in visual inspections under microscopes and familiar with Lean/Six Sigma principles. Autonomous workflow management to meet production targets with moderate supervision. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
