Are you the person teams call when a system needs to start flawlessly, run safely, and meet spec on day one? Do you enjoy pairing sharp diagnostics with clear, confident customer training? If so, this role is built for you.

You will tackle:
  • System startups and commissioning for rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and integrated controls.
  • Field troubleshooting and repairs across electrical, mechanical, and controls domains.
  • Calibration and verification of sensors, sequences of operation, and setpoints.
  • Functional performance testing with thorough documentation and sign-off packages.
  • End-user training and complete handoff documentation for a smooth transition.
  • Coordination with project managers, installers, and subs to clear punch lists quickly.
  • Accurate service reporting, parts tracking, and warranty paperwork.
  • Strict adherence to safety procedures and professional conduct on every site.
What makes you a great fit?
  • 3+ years of hands-on field service/startup/commissioning or controls experience (commercial HVAC preferred).
  • VRF experience strongly preferred—you know how to commission and optimize these systems.
  • Comfortable with refrigerant charging, HVAC controls, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Proficient with multimeters, manifold gauges, and a tablet/computer for reporting and diagnostics.
  • Strong problem-solving, precise documentation, and excellent customer communication.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites.
  • CT S, or D license is required .
