Responsibilities Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity,documentation, and quality outcomes. Mentor and support therapy clinicians andassistants. Maintain compliance with applicable clinical andregulatory standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited rehabilitation therapyprogram. Active applicable state professional license ingood standing. Previous SNF/post-acute rehabilitationexperience preferred. Rehabilitation leadership or managementexperience strongly preferred.
