Manufacturing Project Engineer

Looking to start or grow your engineering career in a hands-on manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer to support equipment improvements, plant projects, and new product capability. This role is open to recent graduates through engineers with 5 or more years of experience .

What You’ll Do

• Support design, upgrades, and improvements to manufacturing equipment and systems
• Coordinate projects with production and maintenance teams
• Create and maintain drawings, documentation, and equipment records
• Assist with new equipment installations and process enhancements
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and help drive continuous improvement
• Apply engineering fundamentals to real-world manufacturing challenges

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred; AutoCAD accepted)
• Understanding of mechanical systems; electrical, hydraulic, or automation exposure is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to be HANDS-ON, including assisting with equipment recoveries.
