We believe that engaged and happy employees make ServiceMaster DSI an amazing place to work where we are always ready to help families and businesses recover from disasters.Account Management DutiesInput data on Program account customers from field service documents, including estimator project notes and relevant source documents, using the appropriate estimating and information system and techniques.Maintain program loss communications protocols such as (but not limited to) Alacrity, EVP, PSP, and other specialty program loss protocols required by insurance companies, customers and management.In conjunction with the project manager, upload or in the carrier specified manner forward project information to the appropriate parties within established time frames.Assist the project manager in preparing company billing source documents for processing by Company Accounting department and forwarding completed project information to accounts receivable for entry into the company's accounting system.RequirementsMust have outstanding communication skillsBe self-motivatedCompetitive MindsetComputer skills (Google, Microsoft) is a MUSTWhy You Should Apply:Competitive Pay: $17-$22 per hour; negotiable based on experienceHealth and Wellness Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Supplemental Insurance Plans, and 401K, subject to plan terms.Paid Vacation TimeDynamic Work Environment: We work openly and cross-functionally, building relationships, learning together and winning as a team.Growth Opportunities: We believe in rewarding hard work and results, with abundant opportunities for learning and advancement.
