Bilingual Parent Educator & Family Support Specialist
Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey
Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey seeks a Parent Educator to deliver the PAT home visiting model for families with children from birth to kindergarten. The role focuses on conducting home visits in Warren County, performing developmental screenings, and fostering positive parent-child interactions through education and goal setting.
