What You'll DoDesigning, developing, debugging and modifying components of software applications and toolsDriving technical direction of software development at the application and product level for small to mid-sized projectsDesigning and developing specifications and scheduling and providing quality software implementation of a component or feature of 1-3 months in durationProposing improvements in design and processesTranslating requirements into codeProgramming and performing testing and debugging, while ensuring adherence to defined software engineering processesProviding improvements to software solutions for a given problem and resolving problems and roadblocks as they occurCompleting development documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of software applications and toolsActively participating in group technology reviews to critique work of self and othersWorking collaboratively with all members of technical staff and collaborating with program management and testing peers in the development of assigned componentsParticipating in and providing input to requirements definition, as well as providing solid judgment calls and tradeoff analysis.What We're Looking ForMust have:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in any occupation which includes the required experience/skills.
