- Work Dates Needed: as soon as credentialed thru 10/2/2026 with possible extension
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
- Worksite Setting: outpatient, urgent care
- Scope of Work: Provide care for both scheduled and walk in work related injuries and urgent care patients Must be able to see ages 2 and up.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted NV license, BLS, DOT cert, ACLS, DEA
