Human Resources Business Partner

Position Summary Full time salaried position. Onsite based out of our St. Peterburg, FL location. Role Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies, policies, and programs with business goals and Catalent standards. Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and labor laws. Manage complex cases related to leave of absence, accommodations, and return-to-work programs. Drive performance management processes to improve employee and organizational effectiveness. Develop and implement training and development plans aligned with regulatory requirements and business needs. Deliver high‑quality HR services to managers and employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Serve as a subject matter expert in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and leverage data to drive insights and decisions. Other duties as assigned. Candidate Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline, required. Minimum five years of progressive HR experience. Strong knowledge of employment and labor law. Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment (pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar), preferred. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP/SCP), preferred. Experience supporting leadership teams in a complex, fast‑paced environment, preferred. Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0–15 pounds.
