Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU
Location: Miami, FL
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience for our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality respiratory care to neonatal patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory diseases using advanced technologies and medication delivery systems.
- Utilize equipment such as High Flow Devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servo s, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, Heliox, and regular nebulizers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document patient care and treatment plans using Meditech.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must have: BLS, NRP, PALS certifications.
- 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience.
- Current NICU/PICU experience.
- Preferred: Previous experience with Meditech.
