Role Description As a BCBA at MedCare, you’ll focus on quality client supervision, hands‑on intervention, and mentorship. Our collaborative team values interdisciplinary input to drive meaningful client outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to help shape our growing program alongside other disciplines and mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs as you grow in your career.
