Step into a meaningful full-time position providing vital support within an educational environment, assisting students one-on-one across a range of grade levels from K-12. What we’re seeking:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional or similar support role within a school setting
• Bilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse student populations and families
• Background supporting pediatric, 1:1 student needs (academic, behavioral, or physical)
• Ability to assist students individually in Grades K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12
• Comfortable working full-time on-site with dedication to consistent, long-term engagement
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with various grade levels and individual student plans

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with classroom teachers and specialists to support instructional activities and behavioral plans
• Provide individualized attention and guidance to assigned students, ensuring their educational and social needs are met
• Assist students with classwork, classroom transitions, and participation in activities
• Adapt instructional support according to students’ specific needs, including language support for English learners
• Maintain a safe, encouraging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Promote positive student engagement and foster independence and growth
