Leading legal research and policy analysis, the full-time remote Policy Manager will evaluate regulations impacting public safety technology, draft communications for stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and transparency. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research and legislative tracking to evaluate federal, state, and local regulations impacting public safety technology Draft and review critical communications for customers, elected officials, and public safety stakeholders to ensure accuracy and policy alignment Analyze emerging legislative trends in privacy and public safety regulation to proactively support compliance strategies Required qualifications Demonstrated ability to perform precise legal research and analyze legislative proposals Strong track record of partnering cross-functionally across legal, communications, and external affairs teams Proven ability to review and refine high-stakes communications with close attention to detail Deep analytical skills to distill complex statutory requirements into clear, actionable recommendations A background in law or public policy, with experience in government, legal, or policy-focused environments welcomed
