Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Ambassador in Kent WA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication customer service and teamwork while bringing integrity reliability and a people-first approach to every shift.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including production areas warehouse spaces loading docks parking areas and perimeter points helping to identify unusual activity and/or site concerns.
• Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry and exit of personnel visitors and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear reports of daily activities incidents and/or maintenance concerns and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
