Job Overview The hourly wage will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour . Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply. Responsibilities Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store—from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area—and maintain a clean and safe environment.
