Our average salesperson takes home $6,000 to $9,000 a month. That's not the top earners. That's the middle.

What we actually need from you:

• You like people.
• You're willing to learn.

That's it. If you've never sold a car in your life, even better. We'd rather teach you our way than untrain someone else's bad habits.
