Zaxby's Restaurant Manager in Training

Overview Zaxby's is seeking a motivated Manager in Training to join our growing Zaxby’s team. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop into a Zaxby’s restaurant leader and help continue the growth and development of our team members. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who wants to grow with a rapidly expanding restaurant group. Training Program The Manager in Training will complete a hands‑on training program designed to prepare them to lead the restaurant. Training will focus on: Restaurant operations and brand standards Team leadership and culture building Hiring, onboarding, and staff development Inventory, scheduling, and cost management Financial performance and P&L basics Guest experience and operational excellence Training will take place within existing Zaxby's restaurants and include direct mentorship from experienced leaders.
