Operational Excellence Manager | Mebane, NC

$140K-$147K | Fully Onsite | Monday-Friday

We’re hiring an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement and operational transformation within a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

Lead site-wide TPM and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Drive productivity, cost savings, waste reduction, and process improvements
Implement Lean, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and Root Cause Analysis
Lead change-management and operational improvement projects
Coach and develop CI/training team members
Partner with leadership and production teams to build a strong continuous improvement culture

What We’re Looking For:

3-5+ years of manufacturing experience
3+ years of hands-on multi-pillar TPM experience
Experience with Autonomous Maintenance through AM Step 3
Strong Lean/Continuous Improvement background
Leadership and team-development experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
CPG, food production, high-speed packaging, or high-volume manufacturing experience is a plus
