You Have:3+ years of experience building and automating CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions, including automated testing and deployment to production3+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, including TerraformExperience creating repeatable, version-controlled environments across commercial clouds, operating cloud-agnostic, meeting security hardening baselines such as STIGs, and working within regulated environmentsExperience with containers and Kubernetes for application deployment and management in cloud or hybrid environmentsExperience implementing DevSecOps practices such as SAST or DAST, secrets management, and policy checks, and performing configuration management for large-scale automated rolloutsExperience with production sustainment tasks such as CVE remediation and planned rollbacks, and hosting applications on a major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience successfully managing or leading a team, project, or initiative, ensuring quality delivery and fostering collaborationAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceBachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps and regulated environment security in lieu of a degreeDoD baseline Security Certification such as Security+ CertificationNice If You Have:Experience optimizing horizontal or vertical scaling and cluster autoscaling for Kubernetes workloadsExperience with observability stacks such as Prometheus and GrafanaExperience with production sustainment at scale, including patching windows, automated rollback strategies, and change control in mission-critical environmentsExperience hardening workloads to regulated security requirements and navigating security processes used in enterprise environmentsExperience with GitOps tooling such as Argo CD or Flux, and Helm charts for repeatable deploymentsExperience using the Kubernetes platform such as EKS, AKS, or GKE, and service mesh such as Istio or LinkerdExperience collaborating with development teams to remove pipeline bottlenecks and improve release quality without stepping into people management responsibilitiesKnowledge of container image scanning and policy-as-code such as OPA or KyvernoCloud Certification such as Google Associate Cloud Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or Azure Administrator CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
