Job OpportunityAdelphi is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide school-based therapy services to students within a school in Baltimore, Maryland. The PT will provide assessments and direct and indirect services in accordance with each student's IEP or IFSP requirements.Profession: Allied HealthSpecialty: Physical Therapist (PT)Location: Baltimore, MarylandFacility Type: SchoolJob Type: ContractSchedule: Up to 7 hours/day, excluding lunchContract Duration: 190-day school yearService Delivery: On-site / multiple school locationsCompensation: $60 per hourRequirementsActive Maryland Physical Therapist licenseSchool-based or pediatric experience preferredResponsibilitiesProvide direct and indirect physical therapy services in accordance with each student's IEP or IFSP.Conduct physical therapy assessments and reassessments using appropriate standardized procedures and tools.Develop IEP/IFSP goals and objectives based on assessment results and students' functional and educational needs.Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, service records, and required clinical documentation.Participate in IEP/IFSP meetings and assist with assessment interpretation and recommendations for services.Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, service coordinators, and other school-based professionals.Complete required electronic documentation and Third Party Billing data entry within required timelines.Develop and maintain therapy schedules and travel between assigned school or service locations as needed.Attend required meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.Ensure services are delivered in compliance with IDEA, COMAR, School's policies, and applicable professional standards.Perform other duties as assigned
