Responsibilities: Provide personalized 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over the age of 21. Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and empowerment. Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies as directed by supervisors. Engage in meaningful activities and community integration opportunities with individuals to enhance their quality of life.
